Dan Newsome and Gaby Cook have come up with some extremely exciting, top-notch, modular classes that will each run one lesson, rotating through topics. At the Savoy Swing Club, we are always looking to promote all forms of jazz dance and we think this is a great way to promote variety

WHO: Everyone is welcome and you do not need a partner for class.

HOW MUCH: Class/Dance: SUMMER SPECIAL: $10 non-members . $7 SSC members Lesson includes dance admission.

I'M NEW...WHAT SHOULD I TAKE?:We suggest starting with the beginner class. After you've had basic experience then you can move to intermediate classes. If you have a dance background, or are just motivated, you are welcome to try any class, just be warned that the class moves at the pace of the average ability in the class.

8:30 Surprising Spins and Turns

March 8

7:30 Beginner Series, Week 3 Review, Adding vocabulary to your basics to 8 count lindy and Charleston
8:30 Snycopation and Rhythm

March 15

7:30 Beginner Series Week 4: Review, Teach Tuck Turn, 6 Ct Pass, and a couple of classic moves, twist around, rhythm circle, etc,
8:30 Vocabulary for Working on Stretch and Pulse

March 22

7:30 Beginner Series Part 5, Into and out of basic Tandem
8:30 Lead and Follow Styling
